Good app, but missing some key features

I’m a graduate student and wanted an alternative to Wunderlist/Reminders/Calendar for all of my assignments.

Putting in assignments and adding reminders is very convenient with this app, and the calendar feature is great for providing an overview and preparing for busier weeks of the school year.

However, I think the most crucial feature this app is missing is the ability to only show assignments that are coming up (e.g., this week, next week, this month) - most of my syllabi list assignments for the entire semester, and I enter them all at once. However, anytime I look at the Homework tab, it’s a bit daunting to see all of the assignments for an entire semester, rather than seeing what I have due next week or this month. This feature would undoubtedly make this app 5 stars in my mind.

A minuscule setting I think would also be nice is to make this app a bit more higher-education-friendly. For instance, I don’t think any undergrad/grad students use the ‘Teachers’ or ‘Announcements’ tab, so the ability to hide them from view would be better aesthetically.

Overall it’s a great app, but I may have to wait to add later assignments if I can only ever see *all* of them at once.
